I have called this place on multiple occasions from different phones and have still not been able to get in touch with an operative to discuss employment matters that is of grave importance. I am unemployed and in search of a job that can help me and my families benefit through this difficult time that we are now facing as a result of the corona virus/ Covid-19 pandemics that have plagued our communities. As a result of the Senior Citizens Indian and the Native Indians Workforce Investment Act (W.I.A.), I have been deprived of my Due Process Rights to A Better Life, Civil Liberties that was intercepted in the name of helping the 2009-2010 Piyush Bobby Jindal's Administrative Government of Baton Rouge, Louisiana intercept my Fiscal Year Settlements from March, June, and September of 2009 to intervene and sustain a failing government that was then facing a Recession that stemmed from a 1984-2008 tax return that had been previously settled and reaccelerated via the George W. Bush and the Kathleen Babino Blanco Administrative Government of Baton Rouge, Louisiana in or around November 2002 after his consequential election that left him in office after he claimed I was incapable of establishing my own administrations due to being intoxicated by a preemptive strike which left me in a medicated haze after being forced to eat drug induced food and beverages while being wrongfully incarcerated for a crime that I was falsely accused for. I am not blaming your immediate administration for these injustices that I have faced over these years, but I do feel that your administration owe me the opportunity to try to utilize this program that is an affiliate company of the W.I.A. that was personally established for me and the reformation of my Sole Proprietary Entities, Senior Partnerships, and S. (Sole/Senior) Corporations that I need your administration to help me hire executives and employees to help me formulate a Boards of Directors that can then reside as Our Headquarters that we can utilize to help Govern over the rest of My Republican Bureaucratic Democracies that the W.I.A., ADA, and A.R.A. has already preestablished in my honor and are now in desperate need of assistance to help sustain through the proper authorizing signature that can only be legally provided by one Chairman/ Chief Commanding Official Officer whom is I, Alfred Joseph, the Chief of Staff and also the Joint Chief of Accounts that are now being delegated as Fiscal Year Pseudos that are being utilized to preestablish my House of Representatives that are in jeopardy of being considered Corporate Malfeasors as the result of the misappropriation of my funds and assets that comes with not being properly contracted and reambitioned in my Administrations under the operations that I choose to implement as a result of the Corporate Strategies and Business Plans that I choose to invest my business resources into. In addition to formulating this Executive Branch that I am now discussing, I would also like help in Establishing and Sustaining and/or Amending my Contracts and Posted Policies as I feel is adequate and to my best benefit (Best Interest) rather than having to allow people to continue to exercise their unwarranted arbitrary discretion around my establishments (Collecting my Return Of Interests for themselves), while I am deprived of my Individualized Rights to the Privacy of my Proprietary Properties and it's Private Practices. (Conflict of Interest). The illegal deprivation of my Due Process of Rights, which is as is now proven to be a retaliative method of discrimination bestowed upon me due to past disabilities that I have suffered as well as past issuances that I have been awarded, but still Have Not received a penny of as of yet, due to hate, jealousy,and envy, and in some instances, the prejudices of cultural differences that now embodies my entities and obstruct me from conducting a proper situational analysis (SWOT Analysis) which is necessary for me and My HR Department and R&D Department's extended success.
